This is going to be in English given how long and detailed it is and it will be spoken out of love and concern.
I care about Japan and given the Fukushima Plant disaster I feel it would be reckless and irresponsible to go along with things as usual even if taking many precautions. If I am not mistaken Fukushima was located on a fault line. That being said, another of these incidents can be prevented.
In the next 10 years, in the interests of economic and national security for Japan as well as safety, Japan must go clean Green. The world has the technology in place where Japan can see that production of solar panels are ramped up to retrofit most houses with them. They can also consult people on how to set up Geothermal plants for energy effectively as well as Biomass. Tidal energy is an option as well I'm sure. I think Wind energy may be a possibility as well.
All of these technologies together will allow the slow and eventual complete stepdown of Nuclear as Japan's prime source of energy. This, combined with a majority of electric cars on the roadways, would make Japan a superb example for going clean Green and being completely self-sustainable.
I understand why Japan went Nuclear in the past but with the developments we've had now it's completely unnecessary.
