I only wrote Lang-8 by my house PC until now.
It is very bother to use my house PC. Because I am very late to come back home weekday. So, I hardly put on my PC and write Lang-8 weekday.
However, I can write Lang-8 by Android Smart phone on the commuter train from now.
Only one weak point is Smart phone typing is very difficult than keyboard typing.

I'll explain TV animation.
Most popular TV animation is "SAZAE-SAN" in Japan.
This TV program has continued for 42years.
I don't know current TV animation.
However, I like to see "SAZAE-SAN" with my family at every Sunday night.
When I was a child, I had seen many enjoyable TV animations like "Kyojin-no-hoshi", "Space-ship-Yamato", "Tiger-mask" and so on.
These TV animations had end of story.
So when the story became ending, the TV animation was ended.
I don't have attractibe TV animation recently.
Probably, I may become a adult.
But, I still continue to see "SAZAE-SAN".
"SAZAE-SAN" has familier characters, no dramatic story and no story proceeding.
Therefore, I think I can continue to see this one.
It's safe to say that "SAZAE-SAN" is national TV animation in Japan.

I am afraid I was not selected one of 2000 peoples.

4 years ago, I had fat body, heavy smoking, overtime working and no exercise and sports.
However, Tokyo marathon changed my mind to do running and exercise.
I thought I want to take part in Tokyo marathon and run around urban aria for Tokyo.
That's why I have been ruuning due to building up my health.

Unfortunately, I have not taken part in Tokyo marathon because I was not selected by lot for 3 years.

I still have general lot.
The applicants were 10 times as many as the fixed member last year.
I really hope to take part in Tokyo marathon next year or someday.

I've been spending for 6 days in Shinzhen.
Today Saturday is first day off on my business trip.
I went shopping to shopping mall near my hotel in the morning.
And I thought I would like to go sightseeing somewhere in Shinzhen in the afternoon.
But it's very hot day today.
So I could not go out hotel after I came from shopping mall.

I have a lot of free time in the afternoon.
Therefore , I went swimming at hotel pool.
To tell you the truth, I can not crawl and have not been at the hotel pool.
So to go at hotel pool and practice crawl is one of my purposes in this business trip.
I've came bringing swim pants, goggle and crawl text book in my suitcase for this purpose.

I could achieve to go swimming and to practice crawl at hotel pool.
However, I realized I can not master crawl at one time.

I think I would like to go swimming more and more for my business trip.

Tokyo is very hot everyday by over 35degreeC and energy save.
However, Shinzhen is colder than Tokyo.

I was wearing T-shart and short pants when I came to Shinzhen.
I waited at HK airport by the departure of Ferry boat to china main land for 2 hours.
HK airport has no energy save and very strong cooling.
So It was very cold of me to spend in HK airport.

Shinzhen weather is a little low temp. and no humid.

I need to stay in Shinzhen for 2 weeks.
It's very comfortable for me to work in Shinzhen except to use English and hear Chinese all days.

It's a eight minutes walk to Odawara station.
So I'm very convenient to go to work by train.

And I'm enjoy jogging around the castle and walking with my dog to the castle park.

My house is solitary two-story house with garden.
Since the house lived our grandparents, it's very old.
It's not confortable to live due to bad geography of the house in spite of remodeling house partly.

Campared with latest new house, I think it's very inconvenient to live.

My wife and I would like to remodel into new house.

I was born in Hokkaido. My parents live in Hokkaido Sapporo at all times. However I have been living in Kanagawa-ken when I graduated collage at Hokkaido. I only go back to my parents house once per annum.
So I wrote the letter describing appreciation and sent together some pictures taken my children and me recently to my father.

By the way, I am also father to my children.
I am expecting my children will do anything to me tomorrow.....

Many japanese marathon races are suspended by impact of Tohoku earthquake from Mar.11.
Three marathon races that I planned to participate in were suspended on Mar.21, Apr.3 and May.08.
The reason is "voluntary restraint" for pleasure.
Funny TV programs and CMs were not came on for about one month after Mar.11.
Almost japan activities except work were stopped.
(Work was also sometimes stopped by planned power shut down.)

This tendency has been relaxed recently.
Therefore the marathon race on next sunday will be held as scheduled.

However I've been neglected to do a training for marathon on the "voluntary restraint". Maybe I think I have lack of practice.

Anyway, I will enjoy running at long-absent marathon race.

By the way, We;live in Kanto should reduce to use electric power 15% from Jul/B.
The reason is the lack of total electric power due to Fukushima nuclear energy plant breakdown.
All companies and homes need to perform this direction of 15% electric power cut.
Most simple power saving method in summer is no use of air conditioning.
I heard that the power consumption of air conditioning in summer is 40% of all.
I remember last summer is very hot everyday.
However I think more hot summer in this year not enough to use air conditioning.
I am sensitive to heat. So I will be heavy at my company and home in this summer.

Japan is the bike boom recently.
I see many cyclist wearing splendid cycle wear at public road.
The mood of Energy conservation after the tohoku earthquake accelerates this boom.
I heard many runner and jogger change from running and jogging to cycling.
Cycling is more easy than running. Therefore this tendency may be procced.

By the way, I also bought new cross bike.
Maybe I will change from ruuner to cyclist.

In Kanto, Koukyo(Imperial Palace) is a mecca for running people. But if you want to go off the beaten track, I recommend a place of attached picture. This place has a castle and moat, and is placed in Kanagawa Prefecture.

Do you think where is this place? This is my home course.

Let me introduce my family.
I have one wife and three doughters.
My opinion doesn't influence my family due to only one man.
But most youngest doughter is my pet dog.
She is "Shiba"dog and her name means "Happiness" in English.
She is only my side with family.

She is living in my house.
Therefore my house is full of her falled out hair and many funitures have her bited trace.

But it is five years since she came to my house.
So she is a most important person at my family just now.

But I went to work to my company at Apr.29, May.02 and May.05 total 3days.
So my actual holiday is 7days.
I think I want to review how to spend past GW holidays at this time.

Apr.30: Running(10km), Cycling(51km)
May.01: Attend marathon(10km) at Shonan beach, Start Lang-8
May.02: Working day
May.03: Running(12.8km), Shopping of materials for shoebox to D.I.Y center
May.04: Running(8km), Cycling(12km), Make a shoebox
May.05: Working day
May.06: Running(7.6km) [Today]

Relatively I think my holidays are full days by my hobby.
But my English study is a little bit locking.
I would like to study little hard for remainning 3 days.

Main running day is Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes I run at week day too. I run distance of 7km to 15km at once time. My total distance for a month is about 100km to 150km.

Maybe Tokyo marathon starting from 2007 gave a influence to my running.

I have paticipated in Marathon many times.
Half marathon, Full marathon and 10km and so on.
I have enjoying to run marathon.
But I can not shorten my best time these days.
I think I would like to run Full marathon into 4 hours within one year.

And I am interested in trail running too. The trail running is to run around mountain and hill and so on. I am more enjoyable to run while seeing mountain scenery. I would like to debut trail runing.
