This week, I read "Slumdog Millionaire" and "Murder on the Orient Express" in English.
It was both really nice!
I'm out of books to read right now, so could anyone recommend me some interesting books?
If there's anyone who's looking for Japanese book or comic to read, please ask me!

It was both really nice!
I have a few books I love to read. I don't know if you would like them.
try.
Into the Forest of the Night by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes
I like vampire tales, so I'll try looking them in the book store.
Did the title of the book give it away?
I was going to say. I don't remember telling you it was about vampires.
Let me know when you need the next title! (^-^)
Hi, this is Asumita.
ummm, i will recomend Sidney Sheldon's novel to you. Had you read his books before? i heard from my friend that his novel is very easy to understand. By reading and understand the contents in his novel, you can improve your self-expression in English too,,, i think.
But frankly speaking, i had never read his novel in English. But I had read few of his novel in Japanese. Below are the few title that i had read in Japanese version
明日があれば『If Tomorrow Comes』
天使の自立 『Rage of Angel』
私は別人『A Stranger in the Mirror』
etc...
for more details, you can visit to below web site.

"Rage of Angel" seems to be interesting!
It said that his novels are easy to read in the website you showed me, so I'll try finding them.
It was They were both really nice!

Hi, thanks for the add. Nice to meet you! I'm Steph by the way.
For books I would recommend "And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie, seeing that you read one of her books (if you haven't already read it yet).
If you read adventure/fantasy novels, then "Pendragon" by D.J. MacHale. It's just amazing.
I want to read Japanese books, but I can't really read any because my level of Japanese is not high enough.
I've read "And Then There Were None" and I really liked it.
Actually, it was my first Agatha Christie's novel haha.
Yes, I do like fantasy novels!
I searched "Pendragon" in amazon, I found it interesting!
I'll try to find them!
The Merchant of Death is the first in the Pendragon series, just in case it looks confusing on Amazon.
"Three Men in a Boat" (To Say Nothing of the Dog)
I think it is great)))
I've got in *doc. can send you.
I recommend "Lord of the Flies." I don't know why this book has stuck with me since high school, but it seems to be the book I always recommend. This week I'm reading "Something Blue" and "Water for Elephants," which is now a major hit in theaters!
Why don't try Conan Doyle's? I mean Sherlock Holme series O(∩_∩)O~~
I really love stories about detectives.
I'll try reading them in English too.
I think it'll be easier hehe
I'm not entirely sure what kinds of books you like. Here's some I recommend.
1984 by George Orwell
Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
Harry Potter by JK Rowling
The Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien
Those books are all famous in Japan, and I've read them in Japanese before.
It'll be easy to read, so I'll try finding them in English too~!^^
There are a ton of books out there, so it really depends on what type of genre you like.
For mystery: Sherlock Holmes, Nancy Drew
Classics: To Kill a Mocking Bird, Shakespeare's works (although his books are tougher to read because they are long and written in Old English, so even native English speakers have harder times reading his works)
Other: Zorro, Wicked (book based off Wizard of Oz), Thief Lord, The Hunger Games (I haven't read the series yet, but a lot of people say they're really good)
If you like reading the comics like me :D
-Calvin and Hobbs
-Rose is Rose
There are also many other web-comics if you're interested :)
I've seen 「To Kill a Mocking Bird」in my school library(but in Japanese).
I might try reading the English one with the Japanese one so that I can check myself if I'm reading it right.
Those comics seem to be easy to read, and also fun haha.
Thanks for telling it to me!
