I must do a lot of paper work and I must go to the city government and the ward office.　After that I must get through the house loan screening in the Japanese government. It is very strict.

I want a small house because there might be three or four in our family.
I don't need many rooms. I don't want to have trouble meeting my mortgage payments.

It is very nice timing because the Japanese government will change consumption tax from 5% to 10%.
If I buy a twelve million yen house. I might lose 600,000 yen. It is very big. I can go to Seattle twice.

It is a huge shopping in my life.

I read this news article last night. I got sad because my previous company was Tully's Coffee Japan. I really like Tully's Coffee

I'm also familiar with US's Tully's because I've been to Seattle three times. I always went to Tully's down town Seattle on 4th avenue Union store, University district , pioneer square, Bellevue and Sea-Tac ....but I thought their service worse than before.

I'm extremely grateful for Tully's Coffee because they taught me good business kills.
I opened new stores about 40. It included the first store in Osaka.
It was good experience for me.

I think they failed at marketing plans. They spent a lot of money for Mariners official coffee and AT&T park but they didn't opened east coast. They should have opened to east coast and Asia market.
They can't build Tully's brand.


Fortunately, Tully's cofffee can keep 59 stores. They choose chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. I hope they can return to normal, my favorite company.

I expect this score but I'm disappointed by the reality.

I realize my study method was wrong.
I must change grammar and reading study but I don't know what should I do.
I've been thinking, when I saw the result.

I think listening lesson is easy because there are many good materials, for example the MLB radio, TV, American movies, and iPhone applications.

Reading part is very hard for me, for example reading books, news article, grammar book and to memorize vocabulary.

Do you know how to enjoy studying reading part?

I'd like to write on ebay. I like ebay shopping because I can find MLB items easily.
I usually buy baseball cards, autographed items, baseball jerseys and baseball caps.

Many friends asked me. Did you have any bad experiences on ebay? I bought many items, 126 times.
There was a big problem only once. I bought the "MLB THE SHOW 10" from a Hong-Kong game company two years ago.

American companies are perfect. They always take care of customers feed back.
I can enjoy shopping from American seller but I quit shopping I spent a lot before.

I got an American girlfriend recently. She is very sweet to me.

She always say we are team. Your problem is our problem.
She always say "Two heads are better than one".

I'm impressed by her opinion. I never met women like her.
Her opinion is very simple but I can't say that because her words have deep meaning.

I said "I'd like to quit the skype English class and shopping because I spend a lot of money".
She said "They are very important things for you. You shouldn't quit both".

I think many people recommend to quit a wasteful spending.
Her opinion is opposite. I'm impressed by her opinion, I'm quit two things today.

I might be able to change by meeting with her.

Today, Ichiro Suzuki appeared in the postseason game for the first time in 11 years.
He moved to the Seattle Mariners in 2001, He got the rookie of the year, MVP award, gold grove award and stolen base award. The Mariners also have 116 wins in this year. They advanced to the postseason game. It was a long long time ago.

I think he is excited, He really wants the World Series champion ring.
He might get this ring. There is very big chance in this year.

I'm looking forward to watch the Yankees game.
I checked his play on the internet and iPhone radio.

He has 2hits, 1run, 2RBI. It was a nice start in his post season.

She said " I always think of negative things".

I gave her answer "If you go back home then you shouldn't think of negative thoughts".

My room surrounded by many MLB items like autographed baseball, photo, jersey and autographed bat, something like that.
I can see them when I go back home. I always feel happy then.

The next important thing is imagination and self confidence.
She should have her goal and confidence in herself.

I explained to her yesterday.
I tried the TOEIC exam, a total of three times. It was awful my first exam but I can improve little by little. For example I couldn't read all questions at first, but I could read all questions in the last exam.
My target is 730. I believe I can get this score someday.
I keep studying English every day.

I believe in myself.

I usually talk to my American friend every morning and every evening.
I have to type a lot of English words. It's very hard for me.
She types very fast. Sometimes, I understand English pronunciation but I don't know how to spell a word.
I may be wrong a lot, but she almost understand what I say. I also understand what she said.
It takes effort to learn English.


The Oakland A's won tonight's game. I was so excited,
They caught up with the Texas Rangers. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's game.
It is a huge one game match-up.

I'm a huge fan of Josh Hamilton and Mark Lowe. They belong to the Texas Rangers but I pray for miracle to happen for the Oakland A's.

I want to see the real Moneyball.

We are very busy on Sunday, but It is very boring today.

Our co-worker was retiring today.
He has a good knowledge of coffee, many coffee licence and good barista skills.
They will open their own shop next month.

I took the TOEIC exam yesterday but I couldn't do it very well.
I couldn’t improve in the reading section in my previous exam.
I've been studying to read article after my previous exam but I could't improve it. I'm very confused about how should I study for the next exam.

I realized I can improve my speed in reading articles but my comprehension skill is still less-accurate.
I must study vocabulary.
The exam made me feel humiliated but It's my fault.

I found good movies. The title are "Before Sunrise" and "Before Sunset" because these movies are mostly conversation. I decided I should watch them every day.
I might improve my listening skill.

My friends came to Osaka from Tokyo.
We went to Kushikatsu restaurant, Kusikatsu is deep fried food. It is very popular in Osaka.
We ate and drank a lot. We enjoyed to talking to each other.

He gave me a Josh Hamilton T-shirt yesterday. This shirt has a story.
He is working at Saitama University, and one of his students went to Texas. He knew, I'm a huge fan of Josh Hamilton. He asked his student "If you go to Texas, please buy one for me".
He prepared it for me. I heard this story last night.
I felt very happy because It was a heartfelt gift. He is really good person.　

We are best friends. If he live in Osaka I'll be happier.

I agree with them but I need basic daily conversation skills. I also need vocabulary and basic grammar skills.
I can't find a good method.

Do you know the speed learning? The speed learning is a good educational CD, I always listen to it but I still lack other method.

If you have a good idea please tell me good learning method for daily conversation.

Recently Japanese young people are not good workers. I realize we should hire foreigners because they are ambitious but some foreigners have language problems.
Almost all of our customer are Japanese.

I meta Chinese woman the day before yesterday. She was highly-motivated, had good language skills and has an independent spirit.
Maybe I'll hire her.

I have to decide on new products in this week. I'm gathering good ingredients, after that, I have to make new products and I have to figure out all the food costs.

It's a very boring work. I hate this work.

I had a day off yesterday.
My friend sent many Mariners gifts for me, three Autographed pictures, a Mariners prospect short stop Nick Flanklin autographed baseball, a Felix Hernandez perfect game T-shirt, a Greg Halman memorial T-shirt and a Mariners 35th anniversary blanket.

She made me happy. These items are very rare because the Mariners give away items only once in a year.
The Mariners blanket story is funny because they were going to give it to the first 15,000 fans on August 17 but it was one of the hottest days of 2012.
The National Weather Service is predicting a high of 88 degrees — alongside the handing out of blankets designed to keep the chill away is more than a bit ironic.

I was very interested when I read this news. I understand yesterday, it looks really hot.
If I get the 88 degrees day, I must have been upset but It is a very nice blanket and good design.

The Mariners should know better when giving away and plan for good day and bad day.
I think this season is better than August 17.

We went to Tenma station, it's the next station to Osaka but Tenma station has a distinct personality. It feels like a time slip 30 years ago.

I mean, street vendors crowd the busy narrow streets.

I didn't know that Tenma is very funny and interesting.
I enjoyed drinking with my friends but my friend from Kyoto said my business is struggling.
I don't understand, what should I do?

My business partner said, "His partner wants to borrow his money."
We recommend, He shouln't do that. "You should quit your relationship with him." I think his life is almost over because he borrowed money two times. He also doesn't have business skills.
He tried another business but he failed.

Nowaday, Japan's economy has decreased. We must keep a good management.

I went to Nachi Katsuura yesterday.　It is the southernmost place in Kansai area.
It has a really beautiful ocean.

I went to the whale museum and I watched the dolphin and whale show.
They are very smart.
I enjoyed the show, The weather was also good yesterday.
That's a very nice day.

You know, The first picture is whale. This whale is very small but it will become about 3,000kg (6613lb) in the future. I can't believe it.

What do they eat every day?
