I measured my weight this morning. My weight was 67.3kg (148.37lb). I do well with my diet.
I decided to eating carbohydrate and I stopped drinking beer at dinner. I keep on doing exercise to strengthen abdominal muscles every day.
These pattern are good for me.

I realize it's very difficult to improve my body. I spend a long time but I'm very glad, I improve my body.
It very easy to put on weight but It very to difficult lose my weight.
Through that experience, I learned the importance of persistence.
