皆さん、こんばんは。

申し訳ありませんが、私にとってとても難しい問題で、今度はポストを英語で書きます。^^;

I would like to know how to use properly the verb 「紹介する」 with 「くださる」and 「いただく」。I'm writing a letter in which I explain that I had the chance to meet a very important person. And what I'm trying to say is "I had the honour of meeting Mister A " but I don't know how to use the 敬語 properly :(

So I've tried this one:

1) (私は)A様に紹介して頂きました。(I've been introduced to Mister A)

In fact, I've been introduced to Mister A thanks to my professor. So it could be:

2) B先生からA様に紹介していただきました。(I've been introduced to Mister A thanks to Professor B)

But maybe I can use「くださる」:

3) B先生はA様に(私を)紹介してくださいました。

The letter is a 志望動機 so the person I'm writing to is neither Mister A or Professor B. Also, the most important person is always Mister A and I want to convey my respect and how much I feel lucky.

Can you please help me? The use of「紹介する」is very difficult to understand for me. In french, we would use the 受け身 (I've been intoduced : 紹介された?) but I don't think it would work in Japanese ><

Thank you so much for your help!!! <3
