For another thing punitive system was so light.
It will produce a profound impact on public security.
Many lives had overed in drunk driver.
Because drunk driving ,many familys had broken up.
Obviously , if we ignore to the problem , there is every chance that everyone's lives will possibly be put in danger.
While it cannot be solved immediately, still there are ways.
The most popular is increase fines.
Another method is educate driver to improve responsibility. Still another one is add punishment.
There is no quick method to the issue of drunk driving, but educate driver might be beneficial.

But a students always not communicate with other for long time that will creat a great deal of problems.
