안녕하세요, 제 이름은 티파니입니다. 또한 MxTori로. 내가 정말 잘 한글 모르기 때문에 이것에 대한 구글 번역기를 사용하고 있습니다. 내가 읽는 방법을 이야기하고 한국어로 작성 배우고 싶습니다. 그냥 어디서부터 시작해야할지 모르겠어.

Hi! I recommend you to buy Korean learning books for beginners on Amazon or other bookstores. Every book should have Korean Alphabets at the beginning, that will help you to read first. If you are living in big city with big Korean population, there might be Korean classes you can attend.

Most beginner books contain the same stuff, general information on Korean and basic daily conversation. I suggest buying what's most sold, if you have absolutely no knowledge on Korean so far. I don't think they are much different. (If you can find something published by Yonsei Univ, that's be good. They are pretty up to date and well organized, but I've only looked into the intermediate version of their books.) Hope this help!
