I'm seeing a dorama "Friends" of season 8, the drama of which I've aready watched more than twenty times.
When I watch it I put Japanese and even English script at the same time, using the software CyberLink PowerDVD.
A year ago I can't understand what words those in drama are speaking.
But now I can enjoy it a lttle better with the help of script.
Why I suddenly try to study English with the drama?
One interpreter said drama is the best way to learn English.
She broadcasted a program in Niconico movie and was asked to tell what number of words are needed to spreak basic English.
ニコニコ生放送知ってますかね?
She said this is why you can't speak English.
If you want to learn it, then you should be watch DVD drama in English.

I'm currently watching season 8 of "Friends", a drama of which I've already watched for more than twenty times.
When I watch it I put Japanese and even English subtitles at the same time/concurrently, using the software CyberLink PowerDVD.
A year ago I couldn't understand what the actors and actresses were saying.
But now I can enjoy it a little better with the help of subtitles.
Why did I suddenly try to learn English with the help of drama?
One interpreter said that drama is the best way to learn English.
She was part of/hosted a program in Nico nico live broadcast and was asked to tell what number of words are needed to speak basic English.
Have you heard of Nico Nico live broadcast ?
She said that this is why you cannot speak English.
If you want to learn it, then you should be watching DVD English dramas.
I contemplated whether or not I should change your title, but decided to leave it as it is.
My reason from wanting to change it is because DVD is only a storage format, it is similar to CD, and you don't learn from a storage format. You learn from what is stored inside this DVD/CD, namely dramas. But people will know what you mean so, its okay.lol.
In addition, when you convert direct speech to indirect speech, you cannot include any contractions. (can't -> cannot)
We normally use 'script' for the script in plays, movies, and not for subtitles.
If I have in any place corrected wrongly, please direct the wrong corrections to me and I'll try to correct it again. :)
