The purpose of our life as human being is to become conscious of the meaning why we were born as human being and put them into practice.

われわれ人間にとって、人生の根本目標は、結局は人として生をこの世に受けたことの真の意義を自覚して、これを実現する以外にないと考えるのです。

I think the topic of this entry is very interesting, but do you really think you are a human being? I do not think "you" exists as something separate from "me." I think the universe is one.

that is true, but even the atoms which make up a cell have their individualities. We are human beings, who are made up of the atoms of the universe. So we are all connected, but we exist separately.
