Today, I went to shopping and bought a business suit.
今日、買い物に行きスーツを買いました。

When making a tile, you should capitalize the first letter and you don't always have to use punctuation :)
Today, I went to shopping and bought a business suit.
I need to a business suit.
In April, I'll start working at the bank.
You don't need to add "because" unless it was part of your other sentence, such as "I need a business suit because I'll start working at the bank in April."
But I think just for now.
In April, I think I'll busy with work..
