Note: Please tell me if anything doesn't sound natural or make sense in spite of it being grammatically correct.

I don't know if it's appropiate to say that one falls in love at first sight, but you definitely feel an intense attraction for a person when you see him/her. It happened to me today, actually. I went to a fitness club/gym to ask about their services and there was a girl whom I really liked. I found her very/really sexy. She was a clerk at the gym. So, I asked her for the information I needed. And while she was talking I could feel and hear my heart beating. It took all that I had not to kiss her. I was in awe of by her presence. I tried to be polite to her and smile. I almost couldn't speak, but I took the trouble and I said, stuttering: "Can I see the facilities?". Well, I've had that sparks fly like that a couple of times(by the way can I say that I feel a spark for someone?). I recently fell for a girl at my university, and I'm absoultely head over heels for her.
I think the person who says that he/she fell in love at first sight is a little bit insane. Because love takes time, it takes coming together and shared experiences and that sort of stuff. But I think that most men have their interest sparked by seeing a girl and then they fall in love by eating the food that the girl cooks. As for girls I think they feel a spark by listening to a guy and then they fall in love if the guy is good in bed.
Thanks for reading!

I don't know if it's appropiate to say that one falls in love at first sight, but you definetly definitely feel an intense attraction for a person when you see him/her.
It's happened to me, today actually.
I went to a fitness club/gym to ask for their services and there was a girl whom I really liked her.
*most english speakers don't say whom, but it is correct
I found her to be very sexy. *I thought she was very sexy.
She was a clerk of at the gym.
And when she was talking, I felt and heard my heart beaten.
I was frightened at by her presence.
Well, that sort of spark it happened to me a couple of times(by the way can I say that I feel a spark for someone?).
*yes, you can say she makes you feel a spark
I recently was head over heels for a girl of from my university, or but it's better to say that I'm head over heels for this girl.
I think the person who says that he/she fell in love at first sight is a little bit insane.
But I think that most men have a spark by seeing the girl and then they fall in love by eating the food that the girls cooks.

Your post was very interesting to read. And your english is very good! Keep on writing.

Sounds more natural to me
I went to a fitness club/gym to ask about their services and there was a girl whom I really liked.
The gym is the best place at my university to see attractive women ^.^
I found her to be very/really sexy.
It was all I could do to not kiss her.
I think your version is okay, but this sounds better to me.
I was awed by her presence.
I was awed --> Me quedé asombrado en su presencia [lo que quisiste decir, no?]
I was frightened --> Tuve miedo en su presencia
I almost couldn't speak, but I took the trouble and I said, stuttering: "Can I see the facilities?".
Well, that sort of spark of interest it happened to me a couple of times_(by the way can I say that I feel a spark for someone?).
I'd say "there was a spark of interest" or "there was a connection between us" or "we had chemistry"
But I think that most men have their interest sparked by seeing the girl and then they fall in love by eating the food that the girl cooks.
As for girls, I think they feel a spark by listening to the guy and then they fall in love if the guy is good in bed.
I don't believe in love at first sight. I think you've identified that lust and love are very different things... and for young men it is very important to be able to tell the difference.
And while she was talking I could feel and hear my heart beating.
This sounds more natural to me.
It took all that I had not to kiss her.
This sentence felt a bit awkward, so I think this get the point across better.
I was in awe of her presence.
To be "awed" is to be overcome with fear of something, so that is not what you mean here. By changing "awe" to a noun as I did here, you get a meaning more like "I was amazed by her presence."
I have had sparks fly like that a couple of times.
"Sparks fly" is a common phrase for initial attraction, and I think it works very well here. Here are a couple more examples:
"I could see the sparks fly when I kissed her for the first time."
"When my hand brushed against his back, I could feel the sparks fly."
I recently was head over heels for a girl from my university, but it's better to say that I'm head over heels for this girl.
I'm confused by this sentence. I'm not sure if the second part is referring to the girl from the university or the girl from the gym.
Because love takes time, coming together and shared experiences and that sort of stuff.
"Love takes time" sounds far more natural to me
But I think that most men have their interest sparked by seeing a girl and then they fall in love by eating the food that the girl cooks.
As for girls I think they feel a spark by listening to a guy and then they fall in love if the guy is good in bed.
Very interesting, and very well written! This journal had a great flow to it.
I wish you luck with the girl at the gym! I felt a spark recently with somebody who works at a restaurant near my house, but we hardly see each other because I'm trying to be healthy and lose weight. >_<
Como la interpreto es: Tomo todo lo que tenía para no besarla.
Gracias de nuevo!
I got rid of the double "head over heels" to avoid redundancy, and I replaced the first one with "fell for" which is slang for "became attracted to." I replaced "it's better to say" because I didn't feel like it really worked in English and used "absolutely" to intensify the fact that you feel strongly about this girl. Most importantly, I switched "but" to "and," because the word "but" makes me expect that you're talking about somebody other than the girl at the university.
