I started to do muscle training for my health.
"Muscle training" is a more common expression. Also, you are talking about "MY health," not "A health."
I want to keep my muscles in good condition.
A common problem that Japanese people have when speaking English is that they are too vague when referring to things - this might work in Japanese grammar, but it is confusing in English. When you say "I want to keep IT," we ask ourselves: What do you want to keep? A house? A book? So, remember to state objects directly and clearly in English.
