A slightly better phrasing might be: 'The fix to solve the old bug is producting...'

The fix、では特定の修正事項となり、その後の cycleに意味的に繋ぎにくいので、ingを足して名詞化しつつ、複数形で一般化する方が恰好がつきやすいかと。またFixもSolvも同じ意味なので冗長です。二つ目の文は倒置して強調を。

Fixing existed bugs occurs new bugs. Too bad this cycle is. :(
