The policy of our hospital is to the stuff's studying English.And,the hospital give our the titles if we clear the challenge.It is very stressful for me.But,if I ignore them,the hospital will cut my bonus!So,I have no choice but to study English.

The policy of our hospital is to the stuff's studying English.
The policy of our hospital is for the staff to study English.

And,the hospital give our the titles if we clear the challenge.
And the hospital will be giving us titles if we pass the challenge.

But,if I ignore them,the hospital will cut my bonus!So,I have no choice but to study English.
But if I ignore this policy my bonus will be cut off so I have no choice but to study English.
