Yesterday I called my friend because I remembered that she would start her new job from yesterday if she won't decline it because of her chance of getting a job in Shanghai.

(too complicated sentence, isn't it? could you tell me how to be easier to read)

It was around 7 pm.

Nobody answered the phone and I forgot it soon.

When I almost sleep at 11pm, my phone ring.

She said "I had been with the intention of calling you!" at first.

Her chance of getting a job in Shanghai was over.

She met the owner and she realized that the owner was seeking for a manager of new restaurant in Shanghai/his mistress. (WTF!)

The extremely good conditions were reasonable now.

We agreed with that the owner was as*hole and things are not so easy.

So, she started her new job in Japan from yesterday.

It is a sales person of real estate.

She got home at 11pm even though it was the first day, folks.

I couldn't say nothing. Terrible. The overtime work pay IS NOT GIVEN.

And she has to work 6 days a week twice a month.
(Is is correct?

I can't write much right here, but there are other strange points.

She said "But co-workers are seemed to be nice."

I told her that she can quit the job anytime she wants and please take care.

What a hell.
