A room that I want to live in　HongKong 香港で私が住みたい部屋

I am thinking about moving to HongKong within a year.
私は一年以内に香港に移住することを考えています。

But there is a problem about the room in HongKong.
しかし、香港での部屋についての問題があります。

Generally, the rent is very expensive in HongKong.
一般的に、香港の家賃はとても高いです。
（How can I say ”香港の家賃は信じられないくらい高い" in English?)

I want to live in a room that rent is from 5,000 HKD to 6,500 HKD.
私は、家賃が5,000香港ドルから6,500香港ドルくらいの部屋に住みたいです。

And the other condition are

・the toom that has a veranda so that I can
(How can I say "私は洗濯物を干すために、ベランダがある部屋に住みたいです" in English?)

・How can I say"面積が300square feets 以上の部屋" in English?

It is OK if the room is a little bit far from the station.
駅から少し遠い部屋でも良いです。

I can walk about 15 minutes to my room from the station.
駅から徒歩１５分くらいの部屋でも良いです。

The supermarket has to be close to my room.
私の部屋はスーパーマーケットの近くでなければならない。
