I'm making manual books for new employees in my office these days.
For a long time, there wasn't any good manual.
Some contained too old information, and others were too redundant after the cumulating cursory jobs.

In my opinion, it is dishonest to teach them without good texts.
We aren't artists or technicians who have to steal techniques from their master.
In such world, teaching their followers only through their actions might be acceptable.
In our field, however, we have to work with these people as colleagues immediately.
Manuals are very helpful for them to master the works quickly.

Because of this reason, good manuals are needed in my office, and I'm renewing them.
