Noting System

Because of irregular tasks, I wasn't able to complete all of my tasks yesterday.
When I was a novice, I used to be irritated in these situations.
However, I was still fine yesterday, mainly thanks to my noting system.

It doesn't mean any special device, but a small notebooks.
When I have any anxiety that makes me flustered, I try to write down on the notebook immediately.
Through writing out my negative emotions on paper, I usually get free from them.
Furthermore, I sometimes come up with the best method to process all of these tasks by watching the book!
