With the cello, my life has became more interesting.
The problem is that I want to get more items to enjoy playing the cello more.
For example, I put it in a case after I play it now, but it is a little cumbersome and I wonder if I had a cello stand.
Furthermore, the strings aren't smooth and I want to change it with new ones.
Someone once told me that music instruments were expensive even after I bought it, and it was true (^_^;)

You would say "I wonder if I had a cello stand" if you were going to follow it with something else. For example, you could say "I wonder if I had a cello stand it would be easier for me to hold the cello" If you are wanting a cello stand, you would use "wish" in this context.
Furthermore, the strings aren't smooth and I want to change it replace them with new ones.
Because strings is plural, you want to use "them." I recommend using the verb "replace" here because it sounds more natural.
