Yakiimo is a baked sweet potato.
It is one of the most famous sweets of autumn in my country.
Last week, I got a lot of sweet potatoes from my office.
I enjoy eating Yakiimo every day.

Traditionally, people make Yakiimo under a bonfire.
They make a heap of leaves over the sweet potato and fire.

These days, people also are able to enjoy Yakiimo easily at home.
The recipe is very simple.
1. Wash a sweet potato.
2. Wrap it with a piece of newspaper.
3. Bake it in the microwave machine with 500W for 2 minutes.
4. Bake it in the microwave machine with 200w for 10-15 mins (depending on the size of the potato)

Please try!
If you can choose, Annonimo (安納芋) is the best!
