In your country, is kelp a normal food?
Konbu, kelp is one of the most important ingredients in our Japan.
We usually use it to make soup.
The combination of kelp and dried tuna is my most favorite one!
In addition to that, we also chop it and put into rice balls.

Oboro konbu, sliced kelp is good in its taste and its texture.
It stimulates our intestines and helps our digestion.
It contains low calory and volumes up in our stomach draining water.
I recently eat it instead of sweets, to mitigate my hunger until dinner!
