Meian is a novel written by Soseki Natsume, a famous author in the Meiji era.
A friend recommended me to read the book and I downloaded it in my Kindre Fire.
The story line wasn't exciting, but I enjoyed the characters' conversation.
Furthermore, I was happy to find descriptions about Kimonos in the era.

By the way, my Kindle shows the the proceeding percentage on the right down side of the screen.
Thanks to the indicator, I know how many unread pages there are.
Reading Meian, the story gradually got interesting.
However, the hero departed his house to meet his former partner, and the story seemed to continue more, although I reached 90% of the book.
At the final part of the book, I didn’t find anything but the description (unfinished) instead of the climax.
