今日はマーボー豆腐をつくりました。
I cooked Maboudoufu today.


ひき肉と豆腐をいろいろな調味料に絡めて作ります。
It is made from minced meat, tofu, and some seasonings.


マーボー豆腐は辛くて大変うまいんです。
It is very spicy and nice.
