Haha, I can't decide whether I think that is a good invention or not..
On one hand, it seems very convenient to have everything right there, on the other hand, I don't think I would like pedaling it around everywhere^^;

Since the sentence before it was a question, you should say "NOPE!"

If you change the sentence before it to a statement, like "It's a camping car."
Then you can say "NOT!"

"NOT!" is to signify you were just kidding/joking.
Like "I'm going to dye my hair green!..... NOT!" is like "I'm going to dye my hair green!..... Just kidding, I'm not gonna do that!"
