My friend gave me this picture with the words which was said by Mother Teresa.
Be careful of your ways of thinking, because they will be your words.
Be careful of your words, because they will be your behaviors.
Be careful of your behaviors, because they will be your habits.
Be careful of your habits, because they will be your personality.
Pay attention to your personality, because it will be your lot.
So I feel that our life or lot is made by our ways of thinking.
Mother Teresa’s word reminds me some people. For example, I remember my senior in my university. When our supervisor asked me to help her studies, she was so spiteful of me. Although I helped her sincerely, but she always doubted all colleagues and said “They want to steal my data, so I have to be careful.” I did not think that somebody would steal her data, because we all knew what kind of data we had been working on. But she did not trust all colleagues.
However when I met another senior, he told me that the senior was not spiteful four years ago. She was very friendly and open-minded person. I was sorry and surprised at the difference of the person between what she used to be and at that time.
If people think using wrong way for four years, personalities would be changed unconsiously, what’s more, her life might be changed by her ways of thinking. I’d like to keep my personality which I want to be as my goal of life. So I’d like to keep positive ways of thinking in my heart.

So I feel that our life or lot is made by our ways of thinking.
Mother Teresa’s words reminds me of some people.
For example, I remember an upperclassman at my university.
When our supervisor asked me to help with her studies, she was so spiteful of me.
Although though I helped her sincerely, but she always doubted all her colleagues and said “They want to steal my data, so I have to be careful.” I did not think that somebody would steal her data, because we all knew what kind of data we had been working on.
But she did not trust any of her colleagues.
However when I met another upperclassman, he told me that she was not spiteful four years ago.
She was a very friendly and open-minded person.
I was sorry and surprised at the difference between the person she used to be and who she was at time.
If someone thinks the wrong way for four years, their personality would be changed unconsiously, what’s more, her life might be changed by her ways of thinking.
I’d like to keep my desired personality as my goal in life.
So I’d like to stay thinking positively.
It's possible than your upperclassman actually had issues in the past, and that's why she didn't trust anyone any more. It's also possible she was mentally ill.
Actually she was both: had an experience of stolen her work in presious workplace and mentally ill. But life should not be full of doubts everyday... :P
