Select spoken words like select nice cloths which suit you for being attractive!
素敵にみえるように自分にあった洋服を選ぶように、自分の身にまとう言葉も選ぶこと。
I asked a question about swearing words and got some replies. They were wonderful explanations and I found some important points for learning a second language.
My conclusion was above mentioned. People can speak whatever they want. But I can choose what kind of words I want to use like choosing my cloths what I want to wear.
^^ I really appriciate all replies and opinions!!!

Choose your words like you choose your clothes; go for ones which suit you(/which make you look beautiful)!(This is how I would say it. Note clothes cloths ← cloth = fabric)
I asked a question about swearwords(/swearing) and got some great replies.('Got some replies' sounds like there was nothing special about the replies. You could say the above, or 'got some really good replies' / 'got lots of replies')

1. Language ability (usually vocal, but can mean knowledge)
→ Speak [language]
* I speak English
* Can you speak much Japanese?
* How many languages do you speak?"
2. Talking (usually vocally) about something *when you report it as a topic/subject*
→ Speak (to [person]) (about [topic/subject])
* Did he speak to you?
* I spoke to my brother on the phone
* She spoke to me about her family
* Can you speak more slowly?
* We spoke about philosophy
* You can speak about whatever you want
(above, e.g. speak about Japan, languages, the weather...)
3. Communicating something specific *when you report it directly*
→ Say [something specific]
* She said it was OK
* What did you say?
* I said, "Your English is really good!"
* Could you say that again?
* You can say whatever you want
(above, e.g. say "Japan is great", "I like learning English", 'It's sunny today")
(Is it like 話す and 言う? I don't know...)
Hope this helps :)
