I read a book yesterday.
This book was written about how to clean a house up.
It said 'Do you nead things now? If you say that you don't, throw it away.'
I think I don't have worldly desires.
When my friends visited my house, almost of them said 'There are not unnecessary things.'
However, when I asked myself that in my house yesterday, I knew I had many uselessness things.
I'll also try looking for those from today.

I think this helps the sentence make more sense and sound more natural.
If you say that you don't, throw them away.'
I think I don't have any worldly desires.
When my friends visited my house, almost all of them said, 'There are not unnecessary things here.'
However, when I asked myself that in my house yesterday, I knew I had many useless things.
Somebody told me a few months ago if you haven't used something in over 3 months then it's time to get rid of it. I think he might have a point.
I do not know, sometimes there is stuff you need rarely (e.g. bike repair stuff). But instead of throwing away you can always sell it, other people will be glad about it. E.g. I bought a lot of used books in Japan, because they were so cheap (only 50-350 Yen per book), so I can learn with them now. It might not be much for you as a seller, but it’s better than throwing them away.
I personally cannot think of anything useless in my student’s apartment and still it is full.
I also think it's better than throwing them away.
