ある事件が先週の金曜日に起こりました。
いまだに私はその事件のせいで恐怖を感じています。

The incident's detail is that four people came to my apartment and beat up a delivery man.
I suppose they made a call to the food delivery shop to lure him into a trap before they came here.
They did that on the sixth floor, and I live in forth floor.

その事件の詳細は、４人の人間がアパートにやってきて、配達中の男性を打ちのめすというものです。
私は彼らがここに来る前に、彼らは男性を罠にかけるために配達店に電話をしていたのではないかと考えています。
彼らは６階で事を運び、そして私は４階に住んでいます。

But, in fact, I arrived here one month or more before.
でも、実は着いたのは一ヶ月以上前です。

Hardly had I arrived here when I had to look for a place to rent.
Then I visited Japanese agency which introduce an apartment, share-house, and so on to customers for a reasonable charge.
着いてすぐに住むところを探さないといけませんでした。
だから、アパートやシェアハウスなどをお客さんにそこまで高くない料金で紹介してくれる日本の代理店に足を運びました。

At first, I thought, if possible, I wanna look for a place on the bulletin board on internet.
Because, this way doesn't need a any commission.
最初は仲介料がかからないので、できるならインターネットの掲示板でさがしたいと考えていました。

But, once I posted a message like a "Hi, I'm looking for a room," Those who seemed like a con artist sent me a message of a good condition with some pictures.
でも、一度私は「どうも、私は部屋を探しています」のようなメッセージを書きこむと、詐欺師のような人たちがとても良い条件と写真を添えてメッセージを送ってきました。

After wavering, I decided to decline their proposal and went to agency to get room.
迷ったあげく、それらのおはなしは断って、代理店に行きました。

I'm therefore living in NYC now.
ということで今はニューヨーク市に住んでいます。

I feel fun everyday because NYC has so many cultures and foods of all over the world.
ニューヨークには世界中の文化と食べ物があり、毎日がとても楽しいです。

If you are in NYC, shall we go to drink with doing exchange of language each other?

But I have a problem on my mind....

I will be going to US on 25 this month.
Then I came to get a something to stay-apartment or share-house.
And so,I posted my ads to message board which is like a community site in NYC.

Then,A few people sent a message to me,
and one of that message's condition matches my requirement.

After sending message,He recommend that I better to make a reservation.
And,He require a refundable reservation deposit and a one month apartment rent in advance via Western Union(famous international money transfer service).

I know that there are so many fraud like this.
Then,I require a identification.
His reply is NO problem,He is able to send me a passport copy.
I haven't received yet.(If I require,He probably send that to me.)

Then,I have some question.

First,In the US,People who wanna get a reservation have to pay reservation deposit and one month rent in advance ordinarily?(I don't know US's common culture....)

Second,Is his passport copy good enough to identify him?

So,If you have a another solution,Please tell me...
