I went to a bar last night.
I always go to the bar every Wednesday night.
The bar is the same as the bar, and I like there.
I took a lesson for about 2 hours, and it finished at about 9:30 PM.
That’s why I went to the bar at about 10 PM.
On the second thought, that time was a little late.
I drank and ate some foods, those are raw fish, baked cucumber and so on.
I arrived at home at about 11 PM. Maybe it was too late?
However, on second thought, if I want to go to the bar after lessons on Wednesday night, I will be able to go back home ay about 11PM.
That reason is that lesson’s start time had changed, so it start at about 20 PM.
I got into upper class this year, so start time had changed without a choice.
Also lesson is very difficult to me,
No matter how difficult I am, I will do my best.
I hope my language skills will be improved this year.

No matter how difficult things are, I will do my best.
"difficult I am" implies that you are being rude. I think you mean to say "Now matter how difficult class gets" . You could also say, "no matter how difficult things are for me"
The bar is always the same, and I like it there.
I think you mean to say that "the bar does not change" and that this is why you like it.
You could also say, "The bar is always the bar"
So I went to the bar at about 10 PM.
Sounds more natural this way.
On second thought, it was little late.
"On second thought" is how the phrase goes.
"that time was a little late" I think you mean to say that "it was a little late to go to the bar" a better way to say this in English is "it was a little late"
I drank and ate some food, sushi , edimame and so on.
"ate some food" sounds better.
Most of the time (unless you are talking to someone from waaay out in the country) you can use the Japanese words, written in English. Most Americans understand what sushi is and it sounds more natural to use the Japanese words in this context
I arrived home at about 11 PM.
Maybe a little late?
"too late" implies that you missed an appointment or something you had scheduled. "A little late" implies just that you think you may have stayed out a little too long.
That's because the lesson’s start time had changed, so it started at about 8PM
"that reason is that" sounds very awkward in Englis
20PM . Better to say "8PM"
I got into upper class this year, so the start time had changed without a choice.
When to use the word "the" is very peculiar in English. I used to study Latin, which doesn't have articles (words like The, a ) so I "feel your pain" (sympathize with you)
Also lesson is very difficult for me,
I hope my language skills will improve this year.
The passive voice (in grammar) sounds awkward how you used it. More idiomatic to say "will improve"
I drank and ate some food, such as raw fish, baked cucumber, and so on.
Maybe it was a little late?
However, on second thought, if I want to go to the bar after lessons on Wednesday night, I will be able to go back home, say, about 11PM.
Though: removing "want to" would make the sentence make more sense in context, I think...
Also lessons are very difficult to me,
Or: the lesson is very difficult for me. (However: you're not just taking one lesson, so the plural is more appropriate)
