I couldn’t sleep well last night, for some reason.
But the more I think about it, the more I think about that last night was Sunday night, and I always can’t sleep well on Sunday night.
So I often take sleeping pill sometimes and it makes me sleep well.
But I drank two cups of beer and I thought I sleep well due to alcohol.
I had such a terrible night at bed.
I woke up at midnight, it was about 1AM and I was a little hungry.
So I ate an ice cream and some snacks.
That’s why I will sleep well.
I ate a noodle because I couldn’t sleep
I went to bed after I ate a noodle.
I still stayed up on the bed for about an hour or two hours.
And then I slept last night for about 4 or 5 hours.
I woke up at about 6:40AM this morning as usual.
And I ate breakfast and I got on the commute train, it was not crowded.
After that I arrived at the office.
It is Monday today so I will careful my condition and brain.
