I am reading it While I read it I have to have concentrate. (concentration is a noun and concentrate is the verb form so that's way you don't do "concentration")

But it does often give me that my English skills would be improved help me improve my english skils.

So it’s available for my English learning. ("available" basically just means "exists for use" so if you want to add some possitive meaning then you'd probably say " So it's a great resource for learning english")

Its price is about 1,000 yen per month. (when to use price is tricky. here you don't need to use it.)

What do you think about the cost, is it cheap or a little expensive?

I think it’s cheap if my English skills would be improve. (here you could use the saying "it's a cheap price to pay for ( improving my english )"
