I subscribe to weekly news paper named Mainichi Weekly.
It does publish every Saturday, so I read several articles in this paper from Saturdays through Wednesdays.
Then it is English news paper, and with little subtitles which is Japanese.
I read it but it’s a little hard for me.
I am reading it while I have to have concentrations.
But it does often give me that my English skills would be improved.
So it’s available for my English learning.
Its price is about 1,000 yen per month.
What do you think about cost, is it cheap or a little expensive?
I think it’s cheap if my English skills would be improved.
It feature is athletes in this week.
Several Japanese athletes were interviewed by journalists.
And it’s in paper.
For instance, soccer player, skater, skier and so on.
It was how to learn their English, and I thought it was so interesting for me.

I am reading it While I read it I have to have concentrate. (concentration is a noun and concentrate is the verb form so that's way you don't do "concentration")
But it does often give me that my English skills would be improved help me improve my english skils.
So it’s available for my English learning. ("available" basically just means "exists for use" so if you want to add some possitive meaning then you'd probably say " So it's a great resource for learning english")
Its price is about 1,000 yen per month. (when to use price is tricky. here you don't need to use it.)
What do you think about the cost, is it cheap or a little expensive?
I think it’s cheap if my English skills would be improve. (here you could use the saying "it's a cheap price to pay for ( improving my english )"
It's feature is athletes in this weeks edition. (or "This week it fetatures athletes.")
And it’s in paper. (this sentence is strange here since it's not about the article that you just mentioned.)
For instance, soccer players, skaters, skiers and so on. (or if they only interviewed one of each then "For intsance, a soccer player, a skater, a skier, etc." )
It was how to learn their English, and I thought it was really interesting to me.
