Recently, I have been often said that I seemed to gain weight. Surly, I've not got enough excise recently, so I started to reduce my diet to three-quoter, to practice little excise when I noticed, and to check my body weight. Meanwhile, snack box came to my laboratory, and it is put near from my desk. If I payed 100 yen to the coin box, I can take a snack from it. It is easy to come in my sight, and it tempts me strongly. OK, I understand I will have hard time from today.

I records my body weight using Excel, and I found it did not change in these days. Ha....I'm hungry now......
