Today, I must go to blood exam. In order to measure my blood glucose level, I must not eat lunch, but I get up late and have a seminar in this morning, I couldn't eat nothing till the end of the blood exam. By the exam room, I pass the yellow road because of the ginkgo yellow leaves, but the hunger got the beauty out of my sight. It's just like the proverb 'Bread is better than the songs of birds. 花より団子'

Today, I must go for a blood exam.
In order to measure my blood glucose level, I must not eat lunch, but I get up late and have a seminar in this morning, so I couldn't eat anything until the end of the blood exam.
By the exam room, I pass a road that was yellow because of the yellow ginko leaves, but the hunger got the beauty out of my sight.
Good!
Thank you for your nice corrections!
In order to measure my blood glucose level, I must not eat lunch, but I get up late and have a seminar in this morning, I couldn't eat anything until (or 'til) the end of the blood exam. - I think this would be better as two sentences: In order to measure my blood glucose level I mustn't eat anything until after the blood exam. This morning I got up late, I have a seminar.
