I wonder English speaking people tend not to use a relative pronoun.
Am I wrong...?

A: I have a friend who works for an environmental NGO in Boston.
B: I have a friend working for an environmental NGO in Boston.

A: There are variety of imports come from China.
B: There are variety of imports coming from China.

Which expression do you usually say, type A or B?

I will be grateful any help you can provide.
