Recently, I noticed "You are what you are" because I went into surgery to remove a tumor.
I started considering about essential of eating owing to my disease.

Japanese ancient people tried to feel Mother Nature's wish and accepted the products of the land and sea gratefully.
The Jomon era lasted for more than fifteen thousand years.
How to live and the way of thinking that was developed in those days made the firm basis of Japanese people.

Nowadays Japanese people say, "Itadakimasu" that means I'll accept your lives and "Gochisousama" that means thank you for your lives.
However, few people are conscious of the meaning.
