"Je, Je!" is a dialect word in Iwate prefecture, which is said by surprised people.
Nowadays, the word is popular in Japan because a heroine in high school often says it in the drama, Amachan(あまちゃん).
NHK broadcasts the drama for fifteen minutes twice in a day from Monday to Saturday.
Since many people watch it every day, the characters in the drama are like our acquaintances.
I enjoy watching it with laugh every morning.
The story is about a woman diver for sea urchins in Sanriku where was destroyed by the huge tsunami in 2011.
I hear that a lot of people are interested in the area and visit there owing to the drama.
I also want to visit there someday.
