I had dinner with my friends at Italian restaurant in Asakusa.
They moved there about three months ago and we hadn't met since then.
We arranged to meet in front of the Kaminari-mon and walked to the restaurant.
After we finished meal, a waiter came to our table and offered free wine made by him.
We were willing to received the offer and talked why he offered the free wine.
While guessing, we had a happy time.^^

I had dinner with my friends at an Italian restaurant in Asakusa.
They moved there about three months ago and we hadn't seen each other since then. [Alternative: "... we hadn't gotten together since then."]
After we finished the/our meal, a waiter came to our table and offered free wine made by him. [Alternative: "... free wine that he had made."]
We were willing to accept the offer and talked about why he offered the wine for free. [Alternative: We accepted the offer, and speculated about why he was offering the wine free of charge.]
While guessing, we had a happy time. [Alternative: We enjoyed guessing/speculating about this.]
To receive an offer just means for someone to say something to you which is an offer. Accepting the offer means agreeing to receive what the other person has offered to you. The waiter offered to serve you wine; you accepted the offer, which means that you agreed to drink the wine.
