Today is the second day of Obon.
When I just started eating lunch with my son and my daughter, my aunt who is 83 years old came here with her granddaughter around noon.
Since they didn't any call, I was a little surprised at their visit.
I go out from home to meet them and guided them into my house.
They visited my home to say hello to their ancestors.
My aunt said, "I have to come back my home soon, so you don't need to make lunch for us."
We talked for a while, and they left my home.
When I finished doing the dishes around 2:00, a car came in our yard.
This time the aunt's sister came here with her husband and son.
I went to the yard and said, "Hello, welcome home.Have you finished lunch?"
She said, "No, we haven't."
So, I served cold tea with some sweets to them and made udon in haste.
I was all of a sweat.
It was really busy day today.XD

You had a busy day. Is it because your family is the main branch of your family?
そうなんです。本家なんです。XD
Around noun, when I had just started eating lunch with my son and my daughter, my 83-year-old aunt who is 83 years old came here with her granddaughter around noon.
Since they didn't any call ahead of time, I was a little surprised by their visit.
I went out to meet them and (to) guide them into my house.
My aunt said, "I have to go back my home soon, so you don't need to make lunch for us."
We talked for a while, and then they left (my home).
When I finished doing the dishes around 2:00, a car came into our yard.
This time it was the aunt's sister came here with her husband and son.
Have you finished lunch?"
I would say "Have you had lunch?" because "Have you finished lunch?" makes it sound like you knew they had started eating but weren't sure if they were done eating.
So, I served them cold tea with some sweets to them and quickly/hurriedly made udon in haste.
"to them" at the end isn't wrong, but it often sounds more natural to instead have "them" are the beginning.
