The relationship between languages and cultures

I read words written by Shyuhei Mainoumi who was a sumo wrestler before.
He is on TV as a commentator now.
He compares Japanese culture with other cultures.
These are his opinions.
"Japan has four seasons and people enjoy seeing flowers, listening birds's songs, feeling wind, and moon light.
We enjoy seasonal things in our hearts and that heals ourselves.
Vague space, a sense of distance, world of sound, they are polished by Japanese unique sensitivity.
It is because of a pronunciation structure of Japanese which uses many vowels.
That gives brain a rest and people can feel emotions,
On the other hand, foreign languages are logical.
Their consonants, accents, and rhythms stimulus people's brain to do self-assertion."
