A Gorgeous Dinner

I made some meals using vegitables which my husband harvested today.
First, I boiled some bamboo shoots, which grew in our garden, with mushrooms, thick fried tofu, and Jerusalem artichoke: kikuimo(きくいも) that my husband cultivated in the field.
I seasoned them with soy sauce and sugar.
While they were boiling, I deep-fried some buds of Japanese angelica trees: tara-no-me(たらの芽) which also grew in the garden.
We could feel the bounty of Mother Nature eating meals this evening.
What a gorgeous dinner we had!
