Making New Words

A Japanese dictionary company offered new words which teenagers made and used daily conversation.

One of the best words is "枝る(えだる); edaru" which means to work hard without sleeping.

It is connected with Yukio Edano former Chief Cabinet Secretary, 枝野幸男 内閣官房長官 who had worked really hard with little sleep since the cruel earthquake. 

The letter "る:ru " makes a noun a verb.

There are other interesting nouns.

"エアーイン:air in" which means joining an atmosphere there.

"捨て寝: sutene" which means to sleep without studying the day before exam.

Young people can feel new fashions fastest and make them their own words.
