Dear Susan,
I hope you and your family are very well.My family are well although my mother has to(or must ?)go to the doctor.
The last Sunday I was in PROPET(pet industry trade fair)on a dog grommer course.the course was very interesting and funny. It was cheaper than other similar course -because I had a proffesioal invitation-.I was a curious dog .The dog had got blue hair
I'm going to visit London soon for four days.I'd like see you.I want to make sightseeing.I will phone when I arrived
Your faithfully

I hope you and your family are doing very well. [una sugerencia, aunque "doing" me parece opcional aquí]
My family is doing well / is fine [para variar] although my mother hast to / must [ambas formas son correctas] go to the doctor.
The Last Sunday I was at PROPET (pet industry trade fair) for a dog grooming course
The course was very interesting and funny (?).
It was cheaper for me than other similar courses, because I had a professional invitation.
There was a curious dog there.
I want to do some sightseeing.
I will phone when I arrive.
