Would you mind correcting these?

It feels so fresh to wear glasses for the first time in our life, as many people agree. At first, we feel as if we were reborn in another world. However, this surprise doesn't last very long. Soon we come to take that sense for granted. We will even forget that we are wearing glasses. Then, if we are forced to live without them for some reason, you will realize again how important glasses are to you.

In any case, you are correct, I am pointing out M-K-G's almost complete lack of effort, pointing it out to him. If you or others wish to correct his work, I of course have no issue with that. How could I? Enjoy :)
In fact, I have even had the experience this week where after I pointed out someone's lack of corrections, they ended up thanking me because they did not realize their corrections weren't being counted by the system as they were correcting in the comment section only. They then fully realized others might avoid them for their perceived uncooperativeness.
Might I suggest that if MKG disagrees with me, that's his business? Or you are his lawyer? Anyway, thanks for your gratuitous insult and excuse making. I will consider the matter closed with you as, like MKG, I am very busy.
It feels so fresh/refreshing to wear glasses for the first time in one's life, as many people agree.
The phrase "our life" is awkward, since each person has only one life. It would be worth considering rewriting everything here using the pronoun "one" instead of the pronoun "we."
At first, we feel as if we were reborn in another world. [Alternative: "... in a different world."]
However, this feeling doesn't last very long.
Soon we come to take the greater clarity of vision for granted.
It's not clear what the phrase "that sense" refers to.
We will even forget that we are wearing glasses.
Then, if we are forced to live without them for some reason, you will realize again how important glasses are to you.
Here you are using "we" and "you" to refer to the same person or people. This is simply wrong.
Eventually, we are not even conscious even of wearing glasses.
"At last" is generally used for an event which has been consciously anticipated.
So we don't appreciate their value again until we are forced to go/do/manage without them for some reason.
The phrase is "take them off" rather than "put them off", but what you really mean is trying to function without wearing them for an extended period of time.
