The difference between (A) and (B) is negligible. (A) places more emphasis on the fact that the speaker has come to this place (it suggests he or she has made a choice to do so). (B) places more emphasis on the fact that the speaker is at this place now, and may be used whether or not this was the choice of the speaker.
