Crushed Jelly of Plum Liqueur

I found a desert recipe on the news paper which is good for summer season.
I translate it as below;
① Mix a big spoon of gelatin with 50 ml water and leave it for more than 15 minutes.
②Remove seeds of two plums in the plum liqueur and cut them into tiny.
③Boil 100ml water with a big spoon of sugar.
④After melting the sugar in the water, stop boiling and mix it with ① in a pan cooled with iced water.
⑤mix 50ml plum liquor, ② and 200ml cider with ④, then cool them in the refrigerator until stiff for about one hour.
⑥serve crushed ⑤ on cups.
