I sent email to the principal of the elementary school that is the nearest from my house about my son’s enrollment via their HP as below one week ago.
However I have not received the reply yet.
I wonder if my email was too rude to get reply.

Yes, they should have replied - perhaps the email was lost - if you don't get a reply, you should call the school.
