I interviewed a candidate for our company last week.
He was a new college graduate who can speak both English and Japanese well.
His communication skill seemed to be enough to do business in our company.
Of course, he told me that he wanted to join our company.
However, it was apparent from his response to my questions that he hadn’t studied our company and tourism industry.
I wonder why many of candidates don’t research the company well although it’s very important for them to decide a company to work for.
I remembered I was optimistic to choose my company with a joyful image for a travel company and happened to pass the interview twenty four years ago.
