Last Thursday, I visited our Chicago branch.
Most of our customers there were Japanese manufacturing companies owned by Japanese companies.
It was fun to listen to our customers’ efforts to intensify their business to the US.
I recognized Japan’s strengths in the business of manufacturing, especially required preciseness.
Our company had many subsidiaries in the world.
However most of them operate tours for Japanese customers to the destinations or sell the tours to Japanese companies.
Our customers' stories motivated me to globalize my business.
