Yesterday, I opened my new account for gas, electricity and water of my new house that I will move into this weekend.
I learned that I couldn’t do those procedure online.
I called to the each company.
All my personal data that I gave to the companies over the phone was possible for me to inform them through the internet.
It was pain in the neck to communicate with the operators.
I wonder why the procedure doesn’t go online.
